Guarantees
Guarantees apply to the original puppy/dog only and is not transferable. The puppy/dog must be in good physical condition and ears (dobermans) must be standing. No replacement will be given if the dog has been bred, neutered or spayed. The kennel offers no type of refund however we do offer a replacement. The puppy/adult MUST be returned to the kennel. The owner is responsible for transportation cost to and from the kennel.
Lifetime Satisfaction
If at any time during the life of a Kimbertal Doberman or Rottweiler, the pup is found not to be compatible with the situation of the original purchaser, the pup may be returned (with AKC papers) to the kennel, and be replaced at no charge.
12 Month Guarantee
If your Kimbertal Doberman or Rottweiler dies or is crippled by Distemper, Hepatitis, or Leptospirosis within 12 months of age, return the AKC certificate and we will replace him/her at no charge.
Congenital/Hereditary
If your Kimbertal Doberman or Rottweiler develops a condition dating from the prenatal stage, up to 1 year of age, return him/her to the kennel with the AKC certificate and he/she will be replaced at no charge
Money Back Guarantee
One third of the purchase price may be refunded if your Kimbertal Doberman or Rottweiler receives a Championship, CD, CDX or any of the 1,2, or 3 Schutzhund titles.
Hip Dysplasia
If, at any time during the life of a Kimbertal Doberman or Rottweiler, he/she is found to be crippled from dysplasia, return him to the kennel, along with AKC papers, and he will be replaced at no charge.
Parvo Virus Guarantee
If your Kimbertal Doberman or Rottweiler dies from parvo virus, return the AKC papers along with the laboratory verification and we will replace him/her at no charge.
